Dotychczasowy system rezerwacji BOP1 został zmieniony na nowy BOP2, dostępny pod poniższym adresem.
Jeśli wcześniej, tj. w starym systemie, dokonali Państwo rezerwacji na termin 2026-03-10 lub późniejszy, to Państwa rezerwacja została automatycznie przeniesiona do nowego systemu. Należy zalogować się dokładnie tym samym adresem email, jak w starym systemie (liczy się dokładnie każdy znak), a przy pierwszym logowaniu należy skorzystać z opcji "Nie pamiętasz hasła?" i ustanowić nowe hasło za pomocą linka resetującego wysłanego na email (ponieważ dotychczasowe hasło wygasło).
Jeśli nie składali Państwo rezerwacji na termin 2026-03-10 lub późniejszy, wystarczy zarejestrować się błyskawicznie swoim adresem email, o który system poprosi w trakcie składania rezerwacji lub w trakcie próby logowania.

If you previously (in the old system) made a reservation for a date on or after 2026-03-10, your reservation has been automatically transferred to the new system. You need to log in exactly with the same email address as in the old system (every character counts), and when logging in for the first time, you need to use the option "Forgot your password?" and set a new password using the reset link sent to your email (because your previous password has expired).
If you did not make a reservation for a date on or after 2026-03-10, you can make your tour guide reservation in the new system by registering instantly with your email address, which the system will ask for during the reservation process or during the login attempt.
